These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website qhash.foundation and any related tools or services operated by the Qhash Foundation (the “Services”). By using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Purpose of the Services
The Services provide information about the stringXchain protocol and the activities of the Qhash Foundation. Certain non-public tools, such as the Qhash Console, are intended only for authorized operators.
The content on this site is provided for informational purposes only and does not constitute financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. Nothing on this website is an offer or solicitation to buy or sell any token, security, or other financial instrument.
User accounts and personal data
We do not provide public user accounts or registrations for general visitors, and we do not seek to collect personal data from the public.
Access credentials (for example, usernames and passwords) are issued only to authorized operators who manage internal tools. These credentials are used solely to control access to restricted parts of the infrastructure.
Cookies and sessions
The Services may use a minimal number of cookies, strictly for:
- Keeping an authorized operator logged in (session management);
We do not use cookies for advertising, behavioral tracking, or marketing analytics.
Acceptable use
You agree to use the Services only in a lawful manner and in accordance with these Terms. In particular, you must not:
- Use the Services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose;
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems, accounts, or data;
- Interfere with or disrupt the normal operation of the Services;
- Probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the infrastructure beyond what is necessary for normal use.
If you are an authorized operator, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for any activity carried out using those credentials.
No custody of funds or keys
The Qhash Foundation does not hold custody of your private keys, funds, or digital assets. If you interact with stringXchain or other blockchains, you do so using your own wallets and tools, at your own risk.
Experimental technology
The stringXchain protocol and related software may be experimental and may contain bugs or vulnerabilities. By using the Services or interacting with the protocol, you acknowledge that you do so at your own risk and that you are responsible for your own security practices.
Intellectual property
Unless otherwise stated, the content on the Services (including text, graphics, and logos) is owned by or licensed to the Qhash Foundation. You may view and use this content for your personal, non-commercial use. Any other use (such as reproduction, modification, or redistribution) requires prior written consent, unless an open-source or other license is clearly indicated.
